Booking & Cancellation Policy
Essential information you need to know
On confirmation, a non-refundable deposit of 300.00 euro per person will be requested (only applicable for reservations made with us directly, the online reservation system will charge you 30% of the total amount of your booking as your non-refundable deposit).
The remaining balance will be payable direct to the hotel on check-out.
We can only hold a provisional room reservation for 48 hours unless discussed otherwise and if we do not receive a confirmation deposit from you, the room will be automatically released. Therefore, please confirm your reservation promptly to avoid disappointment.
On payment of the deposit a final booking confirmation with your personal booking number will be sent to you by email (automatically when booking through the online reservation system).
In case of cancellation at least two months before arrival date, the booking dates may be amended within the same calendar year of the original reservation, subject to availability and the applicable rate for the new period, upon prior consultation with the hotel.

For final cancellations the following penalties are payable (further to losing the deposit paid):
According to Article 59, paragraph 1, letter n) of the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005), the right of withdrawal does not apply to accommodation bookings. The above cancellation terms also apply in case of supervening impossibility (force majeure).
More than 90 days before arrival date: the paid deposit will not be refunded.

N.B. We strongly recommend our guests take out private travel and health insurance to cover their holiday and please check that your insurance also covers the Republic of San Marino as some of our tours enter the territory of San Marino.
- 100% of the total amount of booking cost if you do not arrive (no-show)
- 90% of the total amount of booking cost for cancellations made within 3 days (not including the arrival day) prior to arrival
- 75% of the total amount of booking cost for cancellations made within 7 days (not including the arrival day) prior to arrival
- 50% of the total amount of booking cost for cancellations made within 90 days (not including the arrival day) prior to arrival
- In case of late arrival or early departure, 100% of the unused nights will be charged.
