In order to confirm your booking, a non-refundable deposit equal to 30% of the total accommodation cost is required.
In case of cancellation, the following penalties apply:
- 100% of the total amount of booking cost if you do not arrive (no-show)
- 90% of the total amount of booking cost within 3 days prior arrival
- 75% of the total amount of booking cost within 7 days prior arrival
- 50% of the total amount of booking cost within 30 days prior arrival.
- 100% of the unused nights in case of early departure or late arrival
According to Article 59, paragraph 1, letter n) of the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005), the right of withdrawal does not apply to accommodation bookings.
The above cancellation terms also apply in case of supervening impossibility (force majeure).
