It is with this idea in mind, that we have programmed a week of events here at the Belvedere.
All these are centered around a concept that is also a strong sentiment; we are the best, and not only because the rankings tell us this. We are the best because everyone with our presence, us and you, in a harmonious and circulating way – bring out the best of giving and receiving.
It is for this reason we talk about Inner Circle. And it is for this that our Easter programme is as rich and as welcoming as ever.
19th April: Good Friday. "Good Friday Dinner" respecting our dear tradition with dishes based on fresh seasonal vegetables (asparagus, artichokes, fennel, leek, green beans, cress, salads and everything else that our Chef suggests). Marina’s paella will, of course, be featured plus a mouth-watering dessert to finish off.

20th April: Easter Saturday. “Romagnola Dinner” with the famous Piadina bread (the thin one from Riccione, the thicker one from Ravenna and the flaky one for the gluttonous amongst you) and all the traditional ingredients that accompany it. Plus, there will be prized cold cuts and cheeses and obviously dishes that have made our region great: homemade Tagliatelle pasta with hand-cut meat and a tomato sauce, mixed fried fish from the Adriatic, Ciambella cake with sweet Albana wine… a culinary trip through the real Romagna.

21st April: Sunday Brunch. A triumph of classical Easter desserts, including chocolate eggs, Colomba cakes and pastries. Until a formidable LIVECLICQUOT: at 11:30am there is an appointment at the Belvedere Champagne Pool Bar for our aperitif dedicated to Veuve Clicquot’s “Rich”. Known for audacity and innovation, a champagne created to be enjoyed in good company. Yet this is just the first appointment of an extraordinarily rich day. Further to the day’s bike tour, relaxing walks along the sea front or through the boutiques of the centre, or maybe an afternoon in our Spa Centre, another important event will be waiting for you: at 6pm the first Cocktail Party of the year will get underway on the Terrace.

It is here where our Inner Circle will release all its verve to celebrate the start of an intense evening and a season which we hope to be memorable. An easy-going yet elegant event, with music by DJ Set Marco & Martina and lots of oysters, fish crudities and culinary excellences. All of this will be accompanied by the unmissable Salmanazar of Cà del Bosco Cuvée Prestige. The evening will end on a high with a gourmet dinner in the Restaurant.

22nd April: And for Easter Monday? We are already planning a real banquet of flavours and aromas by the pool side: traditional Easter pie, salami and hams, a variety of pecorino cheese with fava beans, Focaccia breads, spaghetti with garlic, oil and chili, candid fruit kebabs and much more. The best of Italy and its traditions, to celebrate ourselves, the world and this 2019 which is full of promises and wishes.
