We want to ensure that your stay with us is tailored to your requirements to give you an unforgettable holiday.  Each information and booking request that we receive is dealt with and responded to personally by our English-speaking staff. Please do not hesitate to contact us in English.

Booking & cancellation policy

A valid credit card is required to confirm each reservation. On confirmation, a non-refundable deposit of 200.00 euro per person will be charged to the card  We accept Visa and MasterCard. On payment of the deposit, an official booking confirmation with your personal reservation number will be sent to you. The remaining balance will be payable directly in the hotel.

We can only hold the provisional room reservation for 48 hours unless discussed otherwise and if we do not receive a reservation confirmation from you, the room will be automatically released. Therefore, please confirm your reservation promptly to prevent disappointment.

In case of cancellation dates can be amended within the same year of the original booking, subject to availability and prior consultation.

For definitive cancellations made, the following penalties are payable:

90% of the total amount of booking cost if you do not arrive (no-show)
75% of the total amount of booking cost within 3 days prior arrival
50% of the total amount of booking cost within 14 days prior arrival
